Nihad

Nihad began his career as a player before dedicating himself to working with young athletes through club and AAU programs. That experience is where the idea for The Global Athlete Experience was born — a program that gives young basketball players the same level of attention, structure, and opportunity found at the world's biggest academies.

As head coach, Nihad oversees the entire training process — from season planning and tracking every athlete's progress, to organizing tournaments and connecting players with the wider AAU network. His approach combines discipline with patience, with one clear goal: every athlete should leave the program a better player and a better person than when they joined it.

Off the court, Nihad regularly works closely with parents and clubs to make sure every development plan is realistic, measurable, and tailored to the individual player.
